USOFTLENS Return/Refund Policy

 

Return/Refund Conditions :

 

1. Items must be received within 7 days. ( 7 days after successful delivery to your address according to the logistic information)

 

2. Returned items must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

 

3. We do not accept returned items sent back by customers directly without checking with us first.

 

4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Faulty Goods 

 

If the goods have any faulty and issue with your order when you get the parcel, contact us within 24 hours! Please enclose the picture and tell us the details of the issue, we will check and solve it for you as soon as possible.

 

Notice:

1.Please check the items whether they are damaged or with the wrong color before you open the foil.

2.Replace, return or refund is not available if customers do not like the color on their eyes when the product is correct or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

  

Return/Refund Process

 

 Step 1.Please send an email to contact@usoftlens.com. In your email, please kindly tell us the details of your order: your name, order number, and reason to Return/Refund.

 

 Step 2. Once we approve your refund request, we will provide you our shipping address. 

 

 Step 3.Please place the item(s) in the original packing.  (Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in absolutely good condition and is ready to be sold to other customers.)

 

Step 4. Please provide tracking number and corresponding carrier so that we can track the logistic info. 

 

Step 5. We will check the parcel once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.
